This year, my half brother has decided to join the marines. I'm not happy at all that his assigned job is to fly to Iraq and fight against the enemy. I am proud of him, though! I just don't want him to get hurt!!! It's so dangerous and violent to go to Iraq! And he isn't coming back home for 4 more years! I never get to see him any more! How sad!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't know that you had a half brother. My brother was on a mission. He is coming back in 5 mounths. He was on a mission for 2 years. But 4 is even worse. I could not handle that.

I hope he is okay. My 3rd grade teacher's nephew was in the army. He way permantly blind in one eye I think but he has been doing so many activities that other blind people can't do that he was in the newzpaper. He was also on the newz a few years ago.
