To Honor Nicole

Last year Nicole and I walked in the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. It is a charity event to fund the American Red Cross, and her teacher Miss Austin told her about it. So she asked me if we could do it and I said absolutely! It was SOOOO COLD but we had a good time. This year there will be a large group walking on behalf of Nicole and her giving spirit. One of her classmates wanted to do this and the school agreed. So tomorrow morning we will walk in memory of Nicole and what an awesome little girl she was. It is going to be a difficult day for both me and Jeff, but her spirit will be with us and the wonderful memories we have of her.

I had to go to the mall today (I know, I HAD TO), but memories filled me when I walked past Claires. Nicole loved to go in that store and look at everything! We had so much fun and would always end up buying something !! Then I walked past Limited Too. That was one of our favorite stores, and sometimes we could buy matching shirts! I will cherish those memories always!

Missing Nicole

I miss my daughter soooo much that I am having a hard time getting through each day.
She filled my life with so much love and happiness that I will treasure those memories forever and keep them in my broken heart. I know that she is in heaven taking care of all the animals and watching over us, and that gives me comfort.
I want to keep her blog active, so I will try. I need to learn about blogging and how to post pictures, etc.
Anyway, I will post more later.

Do u like my new bangs?! I love 'em! They look just like Mattie's! A few days ago, I had my hair half up, and I found out that I have layers! I have secret bangs! When I had my hair half up, my bangs kept getting in my face, so I swept them off to the side! Now I have awesome hair!

YELLOWSTONE!!!!!!!!!!

In 8 more days, I'm going to Yellowstone park with my friend, Kierstyn! It's going to be SO much fun! I'm going to be gone for 8 WHOLE days! Can you believe it?! I'm going to get souvineirs for my friends, Nick and Michael. Sorry, Mattie and Kenley, I could buy you souvineirs, but Nick and Michael GAVE me THEIR money for souvineirs! I might get home from Yellowstone a few days early. So I won't be in blogging world for 8 days or less! Kierstyn and I are going to stay in a resort for the first night! I'll tell you one thing, last year in Newport, I took Kierstyn with me, we went swimming the second before and after every meal, every muesum, every aquarium, and we COULDN'T STOP SWIMMING! We also bought a travel trailer to sleep in the next few nights! I love it! But it takes 2 days to get to Yellowstone! On the way there, we'll be passing Idaho, Montana, and straight to Wyoming! In Montana, I'm going to buy Michael a cowboy hat he's been desperatley begging for! And in Yellowstone, I'm going to buy Nick a T- shirt. And when I get back, I'll post pics of my trip to Yellowstone park! C U L8TER!!!!!!!!!!
